Hi everyone,
My husband and I are moving to Atlanta in June and I was just wanting to get to know the area. Whole foods is a large health food grocery store in Dallas, it is not like your usual health food store that tries to sell you supplements, etc. Is there anything like this in Atlanta?
Thanks

Thanks so much for your responses, I love to go to the Farmer's Market so that will be great!

Hi Sherri-We have two Whole Foods in Atlanta. One is in Sandy Springs on Roswell and the other is on the corner of Briarcliff and...I think Clairmont (it may be Lavista, though. I get those streets confused!). Hope this helps!

sherri,
Good luck with your move!
I think I can safely say that Atlanta has no shortage of good grocery stores.... we do have a couple Whole Foods Markets, as well as several really good Farmer's Markets that have excellent produce and ethnic foods year round. Harry's Farmer's Market is my personal favorite; there are several in various areas of the city, and the Dekalb Farmer's Market is also great. I can spend hours in Harry's because it enthralls me so much!

And apparently, Susann and I are, once again, on the same wavelength! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
