ISO:Review of Enchiladdas Verdes J/F1999?

Has anyone made the enchiladas verdes from 1999? I did a search but didn't turn anything up. I have lots of leftover roast chicken and was tempted to try this one. It is on page 112. of the J/F 1999 issue.

I love this recipe! I didn't have the chicken used in the recipe but it was great just the same.

Sneezles, thank you, I am definitely putting it on the menu! I have been searching for a "green sauce" enchilada recipe and this one will hopefully do the trick!
