Just received my second issue and don't quite understand what you are talking about as far as codes are concerned. Can I get the new recipes on line and if so, how do I do it?
Thanks for you help!

Hi there! Maybe I can help...

If you are a subscriber you can just follow the prompts and enter your info one time and you will have access to the recipes. If you buy your issues from the newsstand you must enter the code each month to access the recipes (not for these boards, though.) Hope this helps! let us know if you have any more questions!

You are currently in the bulletin board portion of the CL website. If you look at the top of the screen, there are other places you could be (food, menus&planning, cooking 101, healthy life). These sections of the website require you to either be a subscriber (and you will enter you name and address or account number) or if you buy the magazine at the store to enter the current month's password. Either one will allow you access to the entire website.

Make sense now?

Thanks. I have visited those areas before but never needed a code to look at the recipes. Maybe I'm missing something?

Consider yourself lucky! So when you try to find a recipe you have no problems? Then you are ok. Most people have to enter a code each month if they buy their magazine at a newstand. If they subscribe, then they only have to enter their info one time! I hope this helps and don't hesitate to ask if you have any other questions! This is a friendly bunch!

Those with AOL as their internet provider do not need any codes - because CL is owned by AOL/Time Warner they get automatic access to any of the AOL/Time Warner owned websites.

Perhaps Sharhamm has AOL....
