Review: Spicy Sausage Pizza

Made this tonight from this month's issue. The only
substitution I made was the sausage itself. I couldn't
find chicken sausage with chiles adn tequila so I just
used chicken sausage. It was very good, I cooked it
a few minutes longer. It was a bit different.

I made this last night, and it was really good! It wasn't spicy at all though since I chickened out on using habanero sausage and opted for the chicken and apple instead. I used the Emeril brand of the sausage, and it was excellent! I also used 6 ounces instead of 3, since 3 seemed a bit skimpy. The combination of ingredients was very tasty.
