This is a cover line on the June issue. But for the life of me, I can't figure out which article it refers to. What am I missing? Martha

Maybe its so secret, they didn't want to publish it? Just kidding. It think its refering to the brine section.

its in the fithouse article and has reviews of bbqs. ideas for outdoor kitchens, etc, but no bbq recipes

Hmmm. Thanks for the insights. I thought it might be the brining, but the first recipe is for an oven-roasted dish so I nixed that idea. I haven't fully looked at the Fit House section; I skimmed it. In any case, I think the cover lines were deceptive, don't you?

Thats why I really like magazines that highlight or star or in some way mark their title articles in the Table of Contents. Make it sooo much easier to find the article that piqued your interest.
