REVIEW: Buttermilk Buckwheat Pancake Mix

I made the Buttermilk Buckwheat Pancake Mix (Dec 2000) as gifts for teachers, neighbors etc. I packaged the mix in special bags, with maple syrup, recipe, and a festive kitchen towel. Everyone loved it, the mix was simple to make, and it's now my daughter's most requested breakfast food. Can't beat that! JennyLiz

these are real good. I found i needed to add more buttermilk. instead of 2 1/2 cups i added 3 1/4 . The batter was more spreadable.
