Chipotle chile's?????

Hi
I need to find canned chipotle chile's (in adobo sauce) for a recipe from the latest issue. I haven't heard of this before and two large grocery stores claimed not to know of this either. Where do I go? I already have all the other ingredients!!

If you cannot find it in the international section of your grocery store you may want to try shopping online. I buy mine at www.ethnicgrocer.com (http://www.ethnicgrocer.com) . I don't know what city you live in, but if you have any ethnic markets, you may try there. Maybe a mexican grocery? The brand I have seen in my store and also the brand available at ethnicgrocer is La Costena.

It would be unusual for a major grocery store chain NOT to carry this. I had trouble finding it myself the first time I looked. I even asked a clerk and they had no idea what I was talking about. But be sure to look in the ethnic section of your grocery store where they sell canned jalapenos, enhilada sauce, etc.
