Alfredo Sauce with Tofu

Hi everyone,
I found a recipe on www.soy.com (http://www.soy.com) for a alfredo sauce recipe made with tofu. Has anyone ever made something like this? I was thinking of making this for V-day.

Hi Sherri, I haven't tried a "plain" version of Alfredo sauce with tofu but I did try CL's Penne with Basil-Tofu Pesto.
I thought it was pretty good; it's on our list to have again when basil is in season.
