Tonight we are trying the Jacaican Jerk Turkey Burgers. Now, of course, I cannot strictly stick to a recipe so instead of turkey burger, I'm using 93% lean hamburger and the salsa is going to be mostly mango since I couldn't find ripe papayas out here in the middle of nowhere in eastern Idaho potato country.
I'll check in and let you know how this turns out.
Since I don't have a wire grilling basket to use on my BBQ, I think I'll make the "Grilled" Vegetable Salad with Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing on the kitchen stove. I made the creamy blue cheese dressing last night and it tastes GREAT!
