I've not seen a review on this, so here goes. DW and I both loved it!
The sauce that is combined with the asparagus and mushrooms was a bit tart/sweet and coated the asparagus and mushrooms well, along with the pasta. I had to change it up just a bit but it turned out fine. First, I used the remains of a roasted chicken in pieces, and frozen asparagus. I also mistakenly bought linguini instead of angel hair pasta. It still was great. The sauce itself was not overpowering or really that thick but had a very nice flavor for the veggies. I'm sure it would have been better with fresh asparagus. I highly recommend this recipe.
