Very seldom do I have two dishes in the same night that both the DH and I give a ten out of ten, but we hit it tonight. First we had the Curried Butternut Squash and Pear Soup (10 out of 10). This was followed by the Chicken Francais (another 10 out of 10). I served it over a bed of sauteed spinach with roasted garlic, and some orzo on the side. One of the best dinners we ever had!

Joyce,
WOO HOO! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif I am SOOO excited that you gave the Chicken Francais a "10" out of "10"!!! It is me & my family featured w/ that recipe! The whole experience has been a blast, and every time I hear that someone loves the Chicken Francais, I get SOOOO excited!
Lynn
PS Last time I made it, I used 3 eggs rather than the egg substitute, and chopped fresh baby spinach rather than the parsley. It was even better! (MAYBE an "11" out of "10"!!???!!!)

We also recently made the Chicken dish...Lynn B...because of reading the posts, I also made it with the eggs and spinach...It was great...It was so easy and I served it over pasta...I know it is two thumbs up when my two year old eats it! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif Thanks!

Sherry,
Thanks for the kind words! It's always good to hear when a 2-year old enjoys something! http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif
