Has anyone made this recipe from the Jan/Feb '01 issue? I have prepared it and it's now sitting in my frig. For anyone who has tried it, just wondering what you thought of the taste and if I actually need to let it refrigerate for 8 hours or longer. (Would maybe 6 hours be acceptable?) Thanks!

Sorry I'm just now replying...(things have been rather hectic), but the strata was fabulous! The flavors were terrific and it baked up beautifully. Made the house smell wonderful! I thought it was the perfect meal for a brunch, but it could be eaten anytime of the day and enjoyed. The leftovers were good too! This is certainly a repeater for me.
