Is there any substitution for the cake flour? I want to make the cranberry coffee cake and don't have cake flour. Can I substitute anything for it?

MasterCook lists in Substitutions 1 cup cake flour = 7/8 cup all-purpose flour. Hope this helps.

My substitution list (from the Food Companion) says 1 cup, less 2 tbs all-purpose flour with 2 tbs constarch. My MIL has always just done the 7/8 cup and sifted it 6 times.
