Hi,
I would love to start a supper club or join an existing club with people living in or near Evanston, IL. Looking for others who wish to expand their circle of friends, try new recipes, and have fun!

Hello Jen,
I just joined the site today and live in Andersonville, which is just south of Evanston, and would like to join or start a new supper club with some really fun people. Let's chat.
You can email me at amberneely@comcast.net

Hi! I made it on the bulletin board finally! :)
My husband and I are in our late 20s/early 30s and want to increase our circle of friends, so a supper club sounds great! We both cook, but he is definitely the more adventurous one in the house! We live in Rogers Park (just north of Andersonville and just south of Evanston) - please email me if you have a group or are starting a group that sounds like a fit for us!

Hi Amber and Holly,
I'm so glad that we're getting something together. Sounds like we all live close enough and are probably in about the same age range (I'm 30, my husband is 29).
As far as boyfriends/husbands, my husband does not cook, at all, so I originally planned to do this on my own :-) I'm very open to the make up of the group though (guys, girls, singles, couples) so I think it would be fine even if my husband decides not to join. What do you both think?
Feel free to email me or post your responses back here. Talk to you soon!

Hi Amber and Jen!
I'd love it if your hubby did come (so that we can all meet new people, my husband included), but he certainly doesn't have to if he doesn't want to! I am blessed with an awesome cook for a husband - in fact he shames me sometimes! :)
But, I'd love to meet anyone who came, so it's cool!

I'm working on him...I promised him he won't have to do anthing too difficult. So, maybe he'll change his mind.
I am very envious that your husband can cook - you lucky girl. I promise that if I ever have boys - they WILL learn to cook (and clean up afterwards) :-)

Hi,
We have a group of about seven, so far, and are looking for a few others. Our group encompasses people from Northbrook to the city. We would like to meet in early October to get our plans together, so if you're interested in joining us please post here or send me an email.
Thanks!
Jen
