Every single time I click to change screens on this BB -- to reply to a post, to read a post, to go to the second page of a thread...anything!...I get an error notice to this effect: Runtime error. Do you wish to debug?

Despite my techie DH's advice to the contrary, I have tried debugging to no avail (just brings up an unfamiliar screen & proceeds to do nothing at all.) So now I just click no. no. no. no.

It's driving me crazy! This started a few days ago when CL was making adjustments to the boards. It doesn't happen on any other website; it does happen regardless of what computer I use.

HELP!?!?

Did you see this?

I still have my "error on page" in the bottom of the screen, but at least it doesn't bother me...

Yes all the time. I hate coming on this board because of it. I thought for sure it was computer, but I'm glad to know it's not just me.

I can help!!! This started happening to me at home a few days ago and it was driving me batty. This is what my friend suggested, and it worked for us:

Go to Tools, Internet Options, and click on the Advanced tab. The fourth option under Browsing is "disable script debugging." Check that box, and you should be fine.

:)

Hope that works.

Oops, sorry - I see that sneezles had already posted this fix on the thread that Gail linked to.

Anyway, I hope that fixes your problem.

I thought it was just me, too. It's nice to know I'm not alone, even though it bites!

Thanks Eva for the idea, I did and I think it is working! Now I can enjoy my time here much better!:D ;)

WAHOOOOOOOOO!!! Peace at last! Thank you so much, Gail & Aggie! :D :D :D

Now I don't have to decide whether opening a particular thread is worth the extra "no" clicks.

Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you
