I just tried this for the first time this morning, and liked it. Publix had it on sale for $1.99 last week. I shudder to think what the regular price will be. Anyway, after I read the label, I skipped my daily multivitamin. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

I really like this too but it's $4.15 a box at our local Dominicks so I only buy it when I have a coupon or it's on sale. The only draw back is that it only has 2g of fiber per serving. But it has folic acid which I'm always worried I'm not getting enough of, so I figure it's worth it. And since I'm the only one who eats it it lasts a while. I particularly like it with yogurt and berries. Yum.

I love this cereal! I've been buying it for months (with coupons) and mix it with a high fiber cereal - it's really good that way too.

I saw their ad in the paper with a $1 off coupon! (cool casue Vons doubles coupons!!) but what attracted me to it was, that it says:

Harmony, a low fat nutritionalcereal for women. Vanilla Almond Oat
calicum,anitoxidants, soy, iron, foilic acid!

I had to try it!! lol

SO, our Vons had a few Genreal Mills cereals on ad, 3/$4.98 (1.66 EACH) and this was one of them!!!! SO I used my coupon and it doubled! Well I grabbed the last box off the shelf, so i only got 1!

Later yesterday, (dd had some of it, & i noticed another $1 off coupon on the inside of the box, and took it out!) I went back to Vons, got a rain check for 6 more! lol These are regularly 4.98 box!
This stuff is GREAT!!! YUMMY!!!

I loved special K, and this is sort of like that, love the vanilla almond oat flavor too!!

Had to share!!!

I did see a review of it in our paper that critiqued it as low fiber, but glad to hear it tastes good.

I took the coupon out of the paper, too, but until we eat some more cereal at home, I am forbidden to buy anymore. I was awfully curious about this one since it says it's for women.

It's $2 a box at the Teeter in Virginia right now. I bought 3 boxes. Good stuff. But too small a box to pay full price. Sort of a mix of Smart Start and other good stuff.
