What to serve with Panzanella for dinner?

I have been lurking on these Boards for years now! Today I realize I am in a bind and have no foodie friends to ask for help! What would you serve with Alton Brown's BLT Panzanella to make a filling meal? TIA:confused:

I just made Cooking Light's Panazella last night for dinner and all I served with it was a chilled white wine :p Probably not what you were looking for. Maybe corn bread?.... though there's already bread in the recipe I'm sure....hmmm.
