Pendrey's anyone?

Does anyone know if Pendrey's (a spice company) has closed up shop? I wanted to get a new catalog and try to go to the website. It's no longer there! :( I called a friend in Fort Worth, but she hasn't been downtown in a long time so wasn't sure.

FYI, I keyed in www.pendreys.com AND did a web search. Very weird!:confused:
