View Full Version : Idea for the Sweet/Tangy Pork

I had some cubed pork loin left over so I took the Sweet and Tangy pork recipe from CL and I tossed it with the pork and then I crocked it with some onion. OHMIGAWD was that good! I did it for four hours on high.

I served it with some stone roasted potatoes with poblano, onions & garlic and salt with a spray of olive oil on the top. I also steamed some greenbeans and served them with some oregano and a splash of wine vingegar...yum!

Just thought I'd throw that out to you-all.

You read my mind luv2cook! I just doubled the marinade recipe, added a little water and some pork chops to the crock pot so dinner will be done when we get home tomorrow. I hope mine turns out as well as yours did.

Luv2cook, what are stone roasted potatoes? Are we talking pizza stone? Pardon my ignorance, but just curious, it sounded interesting!!

Hey, Susan. Yeah, I sliced them in my processor and then I mixed them with the other stuff and threw them on the bar pan (stone) from PC...
