Could anyone tell me their experiences at restaurants on Grand Cayman Island? I would like a few quick, inexpensive and 1 or 2 more expensive restaurants near 7 Mile Beach or at least easy to get to. Thanks.

Hi, try Billy's if you like jerk food, inexpensive. Located before the Wharf at the start of Seven Mile Beach. Also the Lone Star is tex-mex, part of Seven Mile strip, inexpensive. I'm envious, hope to go back next year. Try to do the string ray trip, it's very exciting. Snorkel at Cemetery Beach and Enden Rock. Theresa

My DH & I went to Grand Cayman last June and had just the best time!!! You asked for a few restaurants (quick/easy to get to). Here are three we thoroughly enjoyed...on the pricey side (what isn't).

The Wharf, 345-949-2231, located at the start of Seven Mile Beach - outside seating - nightly tarpon feeding!!! - very good food.

Hemingways, 345-942-1234, located at the Hyatt, West Bay Road (seven mile beach) - outside seating - live music - very good food.

The Brasserie, 345-945-1815, located in Cricket Square on Elgin Avenue (a little hard to find but just ask for directions) - no outside seating but wonderful atmosphere and very good food.

Hope this helps...have a good time...

Are you going to do any diving?

Will be doing snorkeling only. I've read the stingray feeding is a must. But a friend did not like to Turtle Farm at all.
