I just have to say that this was the best soup I have EVER made. I've never had much luck with making what I consider to be a restaurant worthy soup, but this one really tasted and looked like something I might order somewhere.
I didn't add any curry, and I added much less cilantro than was called for (about 1 tbsp fresh vs. 1/4 cup fresh). Oh, and used 1 medium butternut squash instead of pumpkin.
