I just have to say that this was the best soup I have EVER made. I've never had much luck with making what I consider to be a restaurant worthy soup, but this one really tasted and looked like something I might order somewhere.

I didn't add any curry, and I added much less cilantro than was called for (about 1 tbsp fresh vs. 1/4 cup fresh). Oh, and used 1 medium butternut squash instead of pumpkin.

When I first saw this recipe I wanted to make it but decided not to. We are NOT big curry fans around here, and hearing it still turned out good without it-I will give it a try. TY http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif Zinnia

Thanks for the great review Ramen - I have been eying this soup for weeks - now I must try it!!
