Hi everyone,
Our club is meeting at my apartment for the first time this weekend. We're 7 people in our club, although I think we may only be 6 at this one. We all cook together for our dinners. Any of you have hints/suggestions on how to make this go as smoothly as possible in a smaller kitchen? (I have one six foot long counter that is against a wall, and another small piece of counter space. The kitchen is an eat-in but we've taken up the space where the table should be with the 6 foot long counter, which we built. The table is in the living room, which is at the other end of the apt and only fits 6 if food is not also on the table, so we'll have to plate in the kitchen. I'm a bit concerned, however, since I went and picked a tapas style meal. Suggestions??
