soba noodle receipe

There was a receipe in last months issue using soba noodles. Has anyone tried it? New to soba noodles. Curious.

I haven't tried that particular recipe, but cook with soba noodles all the time. They are buckwheat rather than spaghetti. They cook much faster. Although they are expensive in our grocery market, I go to the oriental grocery once in a while and buy a few bags, since they are about 1/2 the price there. They add some variety and a different flavor and texture, rather than "spaghetti" noodles all the time.
