I am quite new to FL and am residing in Flagler Beach. I KNOW Port charlotte is not in our county, but am interested in forming a club here. Could us a little help finding one and also, how do I register a name, cutesy?, for posting?

To Candice in Port Charlotte--didn't know where that was before last weekend...hope you survived "Charley" and have a house to go back to..and eventually power (we got ours back after 2 days/minor roof damage)...then your supper club!

Hi ACJ!
We have a club in the Tampa Bay area. One of our members just left, so we do have room for another! Our members span from St. Pete/Clearwater all the way to eastern Hillsborough County (that would be ME in Lithia). We meet once a month, and rotate hosting. The host/hostess gets to pick the theme and is also responsible for gathering the reviews and posting the outcome on the CL BB.

I grew up in Flagler Bch, and now live in Lexington, KY (orignially moved for college, now had to move for my job). But, my brother and his girlfriend still live in FB, and they love to cook and espcially all the yummy things from CL. They might be interested. Sorry I live in South Georgia, a little too far North to be in a supper club in Florida, but with my travels for my company, I've located a couple of great resteraunts for you folks over around Jacksonville, fl. to check out if you haven't already. The first one is Clarks Landing, which is right on the St. Johns river. The food is fantastic along with the service. The other is Gator Landing located in Palatka which is also on the river. The food was great along with the service and the view of the river from their deck(which you can dine on, by the way) is beautiful. You folks take care and good luck with your supper clubs.
