I doubled this and used some red cabbage as opposed to bok choy because I had it, very colorful with the carrots. A nominal fan of tofu, I really liked the texture of the steak-style tofu used in this recipe. The dressing is great! A bit different in that usually any sauce or dressing I've had with peanut butter tends to have a sweet component. This does not. I also used the Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce I purchased for other recipes in this issue.

I posted an earlier review of this recipe a while back. We loved this recipe. We are tofu fans here and really enjoyed the ease and flavors in this recipe. This one goes on our make again list for sure. Love the dressing.
