Hello, I have a cherry guava tree in my new backyard and I'm not sure what to do with all of the fruit. I know it's edible, but do I peel it? They're so small, it seems like there wouldn't be much left if I did. Can you eat the skin? The only recipes I can find anywhere are for jam or jelly. Is there any other use for them? Thanks in advance for any information.

From the links that I found by googling them, you can eat the skins.

Here is one link (http://www.asiafood.org/glossary_1.cfm?alpha=G&wordid=3269&startno=27&endno=51)
