Made this last night for my friend and I being that we were both single for V. Day. I broiled my tuna steaks for 3- mins each side because I like mine rare.

Super, super, super, super, super.

I served it with sauteed carrots, red pepper and fennel seasoned with pepper, white wine, a small slab of butter and mint. FABO!!!

I also served rice and a Chardonnay - Lindeman's from Austrailia - perfect match.

For dessert - I whipped up a fast chocolate pudding pie.

Great! A must try!!!

Glad to hear you liked it, we loved it when I served it last summer. I had just recommended it on the tuna thread!
