anybody know the hard and fast rules to baking things in ceramic or glass pans as opposed to aluminium? so far 2 things i tried to make this week got too dark on the bottom. thanks for the info http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

I believe you reduce the oven temp by 25º and the cooking time by 5-10 minutes.

Seth from what I have read and done, lower your oven 25 degrees. That might help!
