Ed, I can't thank you enough for referring the Kare11 web site...we used to live a couple of blocks from the buca's downtown and ate there quite a lot..anyway, we always ate the chicken cacciatore, along with other things..., I had never thought of checking Kare11's site for the recipe...sure enough, it was there!
