Just wanted to share a website that I found especially useful. It's a Cooking Measures and Conversion Calculator. I've found many similar sites, but this one includes U.S. Measure Equivalents, British and U.S. oven temperatures (farenheit to/from centigrade); etc.

I also like it because you can enter the number of teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, etc., and when you enter it, it will return a equivalent amount in cups, gallons, etc.
