storing back issues of cl

I am really a novice of the computer let alone trying to figure out this BB. Please forgive me if I say or ask something stupid.

In the January 2001 issue of CL, p10, M.C. asked for advice on how to archive recipes from 5 years worth of magazines. I would love to hear the answer to that question.
