Does anyone have a recipe for roasting seafood in the oven? I saw a request for it on a cooking ezine and I came up with nothing on my searches. Thought I'd ask here. It uses garlic, of course, and clams, mussels, scallops, etc. Hope someone has something because I could go for some warm stew this weekend!! TIA
