Another Antique Festival? Raleigh,NC?

We were disapointed in the show in Abingdon, this year. Only two tents, not the three we have had in the past. Charged more gate admission for fewer tents.

Anyway, we were talking to the KETTLE CORN popcorn lady and she was telling us about an antique show that is below Raliegh,NC (I think) She said it was the last Friday and Saturday in September. She said it was acres and acres of antiques. I was wondering if it was like Hillsville VA on Labor Day weekend and she said she had never been to Hillsville, VA Antique and Gun Show, so she couldn't comment about that.

She said the reason the guy doesn't allow it on Sunday is that he is a preacher. Anyone know about this show? Or where, exactly it is? Would love to hear more about it.

I haven't heard anything about it so I did a search online. Sounds like it's the Liberty Antiques Festival in Liberty, NC. That's all I was able to find. I've never heard of that town.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what i was looking for! 300 dealers... now that, is awsome! My husband and I are definately going to mark that festival on our calendar!

Has it cooled down, somewhat, by September 24th and 25th.?

I'm glad I could help.

About the temperatures, I don't remember (this is only my second summer here) but I'm thinking it might be similar to Virginia. Could be really wrong though.
