I just got my tapes and went thru the excercises this week-end. I am a little sore from beginning tape. So is this something I can do everyday if I want or should I skip days? not that I want to, but if there are a few days in a row. And I was thinking one day do the regular pilates and one day doing her power bands?
what do you think?
thanks

I think one day with pilates and one with the bands sounds good - you'll just get tired of the pilates if you get too redundant with it. My nieghbor does pilates and says it works wonders on her mid-section, which got a little "loose" (her term) from having a baby.

I try to do 45 minutes of pilates 2/3 times a week. It will also depend on what other exercises you're doing on the days you aren't doing pilates. I think switching days w/ and w/o bands is a good idea. There are also maximum burn winsor pilates DVDs available if you get to the point that your body is too use to those. Good luck, I love it!
