Help! Storing Apple Strudels...

I made an apple strudel today from the Cooking Light Cookbook. I had so much apple filling left that I ended up making two. I baked them both. My question is: can i freeze it even though I have already baked it?

Any insight would be great!

Pies can be frozen whether baked or unbaked, so I am sure that strudel is okay as well.
