Want to Start Cooking/Supper Club in New York City/Long Island

Hi, I live in Queens NYC and would like to start a monthly rotating cooking, dinner club in the NYC metropolitan area. We would swap off each month and meet in each others houses to make each other dinners or backyard potlucks.
I am a very good cook who can do any continental, pan-asian, fusion, southern..american eclectic. Holiday parties too. My emphasis is light and healthy ingredients. Dont do BBQ.
