Mamasue,
Just wanted to say "Thank You" for the Sinnabon Cinnamon Rolls, recipe you posted awhile back, I made them this weekend for company, and they were a huge success! Definatly not low-fat, but so yummy!
Thanks again, Ann http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif

You are most welcome! I do not dare make them again for a while...only because if I do I won't be able to stop taking a little piece here and there. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/biggrin.gif I couldn't believe how easy they were to make too! Enjoy. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif

I did a search and found the recipe on the "cat afraid of bread machine" thread. I brought it up for those, like me, who didn't see it the first time.

Mamasue-
The cinnamon rolls look fabulous, I may try them tonight, but had a question... I always have a hard time visualizing exactly how I am supposed to roll things, so, when you say "roll from long end" do you mean to roll the 17 inch side toward the other 17 inch side? I hope my question makes sense. Thanks, Gina

Gina, that is what it means. That way you cut more.

Exactly...you should have a rectangle of at least 17" long and you would roll like a jelly roll so that you can cut rolls at approximately 1/2" each. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif Good Luck...these are additive and I would have some people lined up to hand them out to or you will wind up having them hanging around the house. Would be a good sweet roll for brunch.

Yummy, yummy, yummy!!!!!! I made them last night and they were quite tasty!! Only 4 left today (I sent most of them home with my SO's daughter).
I used FF cream cheese, seemed to work just fine. Next time I will probably work on a way to leave the butter out of the icing too.
Oh, also, I made it using my Kitchen-Aid instead of the bread machine with no problem.
