What to do with Cranberry Vinegar??

I received a beautiful bottle of homemade cranberry vinegar for Christmas, but other than salads have no idea what to do with it....any ideas? It appears to have thyme and some other herbs in it as well. Thanks in advance for the ideas.

I would suggest using it with fish and chicken, as a marinade or sauce. Also, I bet it might make a nice marinade for a warm spiced fruit compote!

I have heard of something called a "vinegar pie" that's supposed to be yummy (I think it's a custard-like pie). Never had it. If you're daring, it could be an interesting experiement!
