Any ideal cheese graters (not microplane) you can recommend?

Thanks.

I don't know it it's ideal but I used the old fashioned box grater. Get the one that is somewhat trapezoidal in shape for maximum stability. For huge quantities of grated cheese, I use my Cuisinart.

One tip I recently gleaned from America's Text Kitchen is to spray the box grater with Pam (or other spray). The cheese just slides throught with and the usual sticky residue cleans off really easily.

I love the one I have. OXO makes it. It has two faces and it opens like an easel. The handle at the top comes off and all three pieces go in the dishwasher. It fits nicely in the drawer and it works very well.

I love mine - it's from Williams Sonoma. Here's a link to it -

I will say that I DO spray with Pam before using it and that does make both ease of use and cleaning up a lot better!
