Good morning all! I am typing this with my keyboard in my lap since a large cat has taken over my desk (feeling needy this a.m.), wonder who it could be? Well, happy monday, i guess, though i don't really enjoy mondays all that much either! Today is Firm day--i am going to do Super Body Sculpt since i didn't do any weight training Friday, Sat. or Sunday--wednesday was the last time i touched them. Though I did get the grass mowed and sidewalk edged on Friday and pulling that pushmower around did something for my muscles i am sure! My heartrate was in the 130-150's the whole time while mowing so i was happy with that (the edging wasn't as bad as last week when i did the OTHER side of the sidewalk--I hauled away 2 wheelbarrows FULL of sod/grass--it was pretty bad! This week i could have used the weedeater but it went fast enough anyway, besides weedeaters kinda scare me  )

Saturday was my "day off" for the week--but I managed to be on my feet from 6:30 a.m. till 4 p.m! DH and I have a wood sided home that is painted, well, touchups were needed. So we had already scraped parts, etc. but i needed to prime those spots and then paint/trim, etc. Also got some trees trimmed and my garden worked in--finally pulled out a lawn chair at 4 p.m and gave up! We also got our back porch screen door put on--thank goodness! But man i was pooped, had a mini breakdown b/c everything is getting so much harder to do and i get tired so much quicker with this big belly. I am doing very good at paying attention to my body/needs, but man i hate feeling "limited"! oh the joys of pregnancy! :)

well, i am off to the dungeon...how was everyone's weekend/workouts? and what is the plan for today/this week?

Ah Sweetpea! I thought for once I could beat you to the punch and start the thread but alas I got called away by a work emergency. Right now one of the guys is splitting a crank for me and as soon as he's done the fur's gonna have to fly cause we have engines on hold. gosh I hate starting a week with an OMG type emergency.

Oh well I didn't do a lick of work this weekend. On Friday I did do the 15 minute weight loss program on the treadmill, then 30 minutes of boxfles and finally The Hare video at 59 minutes. I figure I got in over 100 minutes on Friday. :D

Sunday we closed a chapter in our lives. We have finally dismantaled the dog yard. Our lives for the past 15 years has revolved around our kennel of sled dogs but now we are down to just the two. So we moved the pen and broke it into two sections and took the dogs off of their stakes and moved them into pens. They are confused as they spent their entire lives on a stake. (Sled dogs are normal on stake outs as it is good for cleaning and moving them around and they learn to keep their legs free of entanglements) There were lots of tesars from both Scott & I but I was glad that we did it. Now the reminders of howmuch we lost are erased (somewhat) :(

New week this week and I resolve to eat better and keep my food diary. I also am going to try and work out for 90 minutes a session and do some combination of weights and cardio.

Well I was just informed the cranks apart so off I fly!
