Help --I'm drowning in recipes! I used to mark about 6-8 recipes (if that) that I wanted to try from the magazine. Now I read this BB and see great reviews of dishes that I hadn't even considered before. Pretty soon you all will have me cooking every recipe in the magazine!

Gosh! That's how I feel! I was going to post a thread asking people about what percentage of the recipes that they WANT to try do they actually get around to?

Sorry to be a copy cat but I feel the same way. Just got April's issue today and I can hardly wait to try many of them. I need to be cooking 3 meals a day to keep up with all the recipes I print from this board plus the ones in the mag. By the way, how do you transfer a recipe from this board over to your recipe book?

I can sure relate to what you two have said!! Then also I want to try the other recipes that people have listed here on the BB that sound so good.

I made a BB recipe today for lunch and it was REALLY good: Crispy Coconut Chicken with Peach Dipping Sauce. It can be used for shrimp, too, so that's next. My DH can't wait!

I was almost disappointed when I starting hearing that the April 2001 magazine was out because I've not tried that many of this month's issue.

I'm with all of ya'll. So many recipes, so little time. We like a recipe so it goes in the "favorite" file, to be made again. Again! Ha! How can you have time to make something again when there are a jillion recipes that you want to try.
