I came across a web site www.theepicentre.com (http://www.theepicentre.com) that has different spices, etc in Canada. Just wanted to give this info to the Canadians on this forum who may have a hard time finding some ingredients (I know I was limited when I lived there). Also, anyone in the US can order as well. I am NOT endorsing them, as I have not used them. However, they also list locations where their products are sold.
