My Supper Club friend and I took the kids on vacation last week. We made this great recipe.
It makes a lot of sauce so we buttered some rolls and dipped. :p We ate the leftovers cold the next day for lunch and that night stirfried peppers and onions with the rest of it and put it on soft taco bread. As you can see we couldn't get enough! :D
Enjoy!

Voodoo Pork

1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
Salt and Pepper
1 tsp. honey
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup of hot pepper jelly
1 tsp. garlic powder
2lb. pork tenderloins

Simmer all ingredients together till blended, brush on pork and grill. Baste meat while grilling. Boil any leftover marinate until thick. Serve with meat for dipping.

Thanks for posting this! I'll try this as opposed to my
previously planned Pork Tenderloin recipe (which was
the Bon Appetit Chipotle recipe). I just have to find
hot pepper jelly. I know I've seen it before but
have never used it.

I made this last weekend and it was very good! It made a lot so there were plenty of leftovers for DH while I was out of town. Nice blend of sweet with a bit of spice. Thanks for posting this!

Mmmmm. This actually works well with my clean-out-the-pantry mode of cooking right now. Another jar of pepper jelly, out of the cupboard! Yay!

:D Thanks!

Just curious how the kids liked it. Was it spicy/hot with
the hot pepper jelly ? (I've never had hot pepper jelly:o )

Dodo- No I wouldn't say it's spicy hot, just has a kick.
