In Moosewood Cooks for a Crowd, there is a fantastic mushroom pie recipe. Unfortunately it is loaded with cream and butter. I'm wondering if any Moosewood aficianados out there might have a light version of this recipe (okay, aficianado is my new favorite word--hope I'm spelling it right). Or maybe someone has a light mushroom pie recipe they want to share. Thanks!
