Hey Katie, Jessica and other Mac users-- DH just turned me on to Mac Gourmet. (http://www.advenio.com/macgourmet/index.html) It's still not as robust as Mastercook was, but it's pretty decent. I'm running OSX and I'd love to not have to launch Classic to run my ancient Mastercook (I can no longer print out of MC either, boo).
The best feature is how easy it is to import recipes from the web-- simply highlight the text on a page and choose "make mac gourmet text clipping" from the Safari --> services menu (top left), and it gets dumped into Mac Gourmet automatically. It also imported all my Mastercook recipes, though without the categories.
Future upgrades should include a shopping list improvement (what's currently there is meager) and nutritional info. There's a forum on that website for questions and suggestions.
The price is a bit steep at $25, but if it works it may be worth it.
If anyone else tries it, let us know how you like it. Right now I'd score it a 7/10.
