Has anyone ever cooked with basa? Apparently it's a Vietnamese fish - my grocery store has some this week. It's not in epicurious, but I found some info on the web that says it's similar to cod and slightly milder than catfish, with a buttery texture. Sounds good to me! Does anyone have any recipes for it? I'm not sure about the nutritional info - it's not in the http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl database. I guess if I don't hear otherwise I'll assume it's similar to cod.
