I've enjoyed reading these conversations between cooks-so many great ideas to share! Does anyone have any great recipes for the pressure cooker besides using it for beans? My cookbooks have a lot of recipes that either aren't healthy or are too unusual for my finicky eaters to try. I have had good luck with a healthy vanilla custard recipe, though! But that alone hardly seems worth the price of the cooker! Ideas, anyone?
