I had "breakfast pizza" somewhere in Orange County, CA and it was wonderful but I haven't been able to find a recipe. If you have one, please send it to me! Thanks!

What was on it? Bacon and eggs and other breakfast type foods? You can always improvise and try making your own. Was the crust like a regular pizza, or another base?

I have never tried this. Is this what you were looking for? Sounds good.

Breakfast Pizza
6 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Toppings: thinly slice onions, peppers, mushrooms, cooked sausage, ham, veggies.

1 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 tsp basil
Grated Mozzerella cheese

Combine eggs and next four seasonings together and pour into a sprayed deep dish pie pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with any or all of the toppings. Bake
approximately 25 minutes. While pie is cooking, heat tomatoes, tomato sauce and basil.
Cut Mock Pizza into pie slices, place on plates, top with sauce and a sprinkling of
Mozzerella.

Yield 8 slices

NOTES : This is good, but I increased the eggs to 5. I used the same amount of everything else.

I know that Pampered Chef has a recipe using hash browns as the crust. I could look it up for you tonight if this is something you want. Or they might even have it on the website. A friend made it once and I liked it.

Breakfast Pizza

I tried this one this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. I used my new quiche dish. http://www.cookinglight.com/bbs/smile.gif Anyway, it was very flavorful and easy to prepare. I am not much of a tomato-on-egg fan and still it was wonderful. Thanks for recipe!
