Help!!!I have tried several different icecream recipes and they have all turned out terrible. I've tried to avoid the recipes using egg as I want a true icecream instead of custard, however, that may be the problem I am having. I have followed directions, but, my chocolate icecream turns out "chalky" tasting and the chocolate never really "melts" into the icecream. Also, they have all looked great, but, don't really even have a good chocolate taste. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, give me some suggestions, or lead me in the right direction. Thank you.
