I feel like I've posted several "Can I refreeze this" questions, and now I have another.:o I froze a batch of risen pizza dough but now don't want to use the whole ball. Can I thaw it, portion off what I want, and refreeze the rest? I know it's not advisable to refreeze bread dough, but I'm wondering whether this might be okay here since it's pizza dough and doesn't need to rise the same way a loaf of bread would. Anyone know? TIA.:)
